Scope of Services of Pesona Lele Group provides a variety of freshwater fishery services and products, including:

Cultivation of catfish, tilapia, gourami, and other freshwater fish species, using conventional and modern systems like a biofloc and RAS.

Pesona Lele Group also provides freshwater fish seedlings and market-ready fish, as well as the sale of fish feed and aquaculture equipment.

We offer tarpaulin round ponds in various sizes (diameter from 1 to 5 meters, or custom-made upon request) suitable for all aquaculture systems.

We provide training, workshops, and consulting services in fish farming and post-harvest processing.

We establish partnership collaborations for grow-out operations, supply, and product distribution.

We offer research and development services for value-added fish-based products.

For bulk pre-order of market-ready fish

(catfish, tilapia, and gourami), such as for restaurants or special events, please contact our admin in advance to confirm availability and scheduling.

For the purchase of pond packages with on-site guidance, membership registration is required in advance. The on-site guidance program takes approximately 2–3 months until harvest, therefore early confirmation and registration are highly recommended to secure availability..

Orders & Transactions

Orders can be placed through the official website, official WhatsApp contact, or email.

Official payment methods will be communicated directly by the admin. Payments may be made in full or as a down payment, depending on the type of product or service.

For the delivery of fish seedlings, feed, processed products, or ponds, shipping will be arranged via third-party logistics providers or internal couriers, as agreed. Packaging is carried out in accordance with applicable standards to minimize the risk of damage; however, responsibility after the goods are handed over shall follow the policies of the shipping service provider.

Certain products, such as processed fish products, training packages, or pre-orders of market-ready fish, require a production or delivery schedule, which will be communicated prior to payment.

Order cancellations are only permitted before the production or preparation process begins. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days, after deduction of administrative fees and shipping costs (if any).

Live fish seed warranty applies in accordance with the agreement made at the time of transaction. Processed products are not covered by any warranty after receipt, except in cases where there is verifiable evidence of damage during shipment.”.

Training & Workshops

For training and workshop programs (if any), registration must be completed at least 3 days prior to the scheduled date.

Training fees must be paid in full before the activity begins.

Participants are entitled to receive materials and a certificate in accordance with the program, if applicable.

Cancellations are only permitted up to a maximum of 24 hours before the event.

Collaboration & Partnership

All partnership arrangements will be formalized in a written agreement that outlines the rights and obligations of each party.

Pesona Lele Group reserves the right to review and consider any proposed collaboration and possible decline partnerships that do not align with our quality standards, operational requirements, or business ethics.
