M Syaiful Huda, familiarly knowing as Yuda, is the founder of the Pesona Lele Group and an innovator in the field of fish farming. With a vision of delivering a modern and sustainable farming system, he began studying and exploring biofloc technology, a solution for improving production efficiency, crop quality, and environmental sustainability. Through his leadership, Pesona Lele Group has developed into a pioneer in freshwater fish farming based on innovation and empowerment.

From his hardwork, endless learning and decided to this industries , he gained knowledge and a lot of experiences . Over time, Yuda began sharing his knowledge and teaching, hoping to benefit the community.

From 2020 to 2023, amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, Yuda and his team remained active. During the economic recovery period, he contributed through the "juragan lele lalap" (catfish and vegetables) programs and the "ready-to-work" housing programs with Sandiaga Uno.

With strong consistency, hard work, dedication and commitment,Pesona Lele Group company continues to growth forward building a healthy and sustainable business.
